am buying most of these books for 6-yr old; very detailed, easy to read a chapter or 2 at a time. Attention span too short to read entire book. But I loved all of them - I learned a lot about Jackie Robinson, Ben Franklin, Mozart, Dr. Seuss. Will buy more, please keep publishing!
I have found this book brief enough to hold my 8 y.o son's interest, while covering in age adequate details the life of Mozart. The timelines at the end are equally good as they spew facts of history, which he luvs
My 10 year old daughter loved this.
Good mini-book for basic information about Mozart. For my 3rd grader, I would like to have had more detail, but it is a good start to exploring his life. Easy to read for a 3rd grader with drawings on most pages. Would be good for a composer learning center as well.

Grandkids keep asking for more!
The "Who Was..." series is a wonderful way to get kids to read about history. They'll learn different & interesting things in these books they won't get anywhere else. My children asked for them for Christmas! They can't put them down. I homeschool and these are a great tool for learning. My 11 year old reads them on her own very well and my 7 yr. old reads them with a little help. Highly recommend.
